• Conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, and advise clients on legal matters

• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations
• Conduct trials and represent clients in court proceedings

Requirements:

• Experience in personal injury law or related litigation field
• Strong knowledge of personal injury litigation and court processes
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for litigation and a desire to win cases

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:
