  • Stay up-to-date with changes and developments in bankruptcy law and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional service by guiding clients through complex legal processes with clarity and professionalism.
  • Manage a caseload efficiently, meeting necessary deadlines and ensuring compliance with applicable rules.

Requirements

  • Admission to the Illinois Bar is required.
  • Up to 3 years of experience in bankruptcy law is preferred, but new graduates with strong academic credentials are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations, managing competing deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the Bankruptcy Code and local Illinois bankruptcy rules is a plus.
  • Prior experience in client relations or customer service is advantageous.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
