Florham Park office of our client seeks a litigation associate attorney with 0-4 years of overall litigation experience, including 0-2 years in patent litigation. The candidate must have experience with discovery and motion practice. Some pharmaceutical ANDA patent litigation experience is highly desirable. Top academic performance is required.
