Lateral Associate Attorney

The position offers a leading role in handling complex litigation cases, working closely with clients, and participating in all phases of case development, including trials and mediations. Duties:

• Lead case investigations and client consultations.
• Take and defend depositions in complex litigation matters.
• Draft and argue motions and appeals.

Requirements:

• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience in class action litigation or complex civil litigation is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the Tennessee State Bar (or eligibility for admission).

Certifications:
