Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of focused experience in land use law
  • Strong understanding of CEQA, the Coastal Act, the Map Act, and related laws
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle administrative proceedings and litigation
  • Solid legal research and analytical skills
  • Admission to the California Bar is required

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Strong academic credentials are preferred

Certifications:

  • An active member of the California Bar Association
