Duties

• Manage court appearances, trial preparation, motion drafting, witness interviews, and legal research.
• Analyze case outcomes using legal precedents.
• Handle a diverse workload of cases, ensuring timely management.
• Conduct legal analysis to explore potential benefits for clients’ cases.
• Collect additional evidence to support the defense or counter the prosecution’s charges.
• Prepare clients for depositions and work with witnesses and experts to build a strong case.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Criminal Defense.
• Expertise in handling complex criminal cases at the federal, state, and local levels.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues on case strategy and legal tactics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred, but not mandatory.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in the state of Nevada.
