• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes through alternative dispute resolution methods, as well as in court proceedings when necessary.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials, maintaining professionalism and client-focused advocacy.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and staff to manage cases efficiently and effectively.
• Stay current with developments in family law to provide proactive, informed guidance to clients.

Requirements:
