The firm is dedicated to providing its attorneys with comprehensive support, including client sourcing, marketing, intake, administrative tasks, and collections. This allows attorneys to focus on what matters most—practicing law and providing high-quality legal services to clients during critical moments in their lives.

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and related legal issues
• Collaborate with clients to develop effective legal strategies and solutions
• Represent clients in family court proceedings, negotiations, and settlements
• Handle case documentation, court filings, and legal research
• Provide timely and clear communication with clients regarding case progress and next steps
• Ensure compliance with all legal procedures and deadlines
• Maintain organized records and manage client information efficiently
• Work closely with a team of legal professionals to support clients' needs

Requirements:

• Licensed attorney in good standing with the State Bar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law
• Comfortable managing a significant caseload with a high level of organization
• Experience with limited-scope representation is a plus
• Strong ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients
• Proven ability to provide compassionate and ethical legal services

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in the state of New York
