Duties:

  • Assist firm leadership in strategizing for high-value or complex cases.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience handling personal injury cases.

  • Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.

  • South Carolina Bar membership is a plus.

  • Strong research, writing, and negotiation abilities.

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in legal software and case management tools.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and public speaking skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

  • Active membership in the North Carolina Bar Association.

Certifications:

  • North Carolina State Bar License (Required).

  • South Carolina Bar License (Preferred).
