Duties

  • Provide instructions and feedback to Legal Assistants and Law Clerks.
  • Conduct final reviews of completed applications and petitions for submission.
  • Confirm invoicing accuracy and receipt of payments.
  • Safeguard client documents and ensure their proper return.

Database and Case Tracking

  • Maintain accurate case records in the database.
  • Monitor cases for delays, processing times, and document errors.
  • Encourage clients to utilize the firm's case-tracking portal.

Professional Development and Outreach

  • Participate in networking events to establish professional connections.
  • Deliver webinars and author articles on immigration topics.
  • Engage in social media activities to enhance the firm's professional visibility.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing.
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in immigration law.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with case management systems and legal software.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
