Job Overview: A law firm in San Diego, CA, is seeking a Mid-Level Franchise Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients, lawyers, and business professionals, producing high-quality work products, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. The attorney should possess a J.D. degree, at least 3 years of franchise litigation experience in a law firm setting, and State Bar admission in CA.

Duties:

  • Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
  • Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently and responsively.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product in franchise litigation matters.
  • Successfully meet deadlines, and expectations, and perform work duties as required.
  • Foster positive work relationships within the firm and with external stakeholders.
  • Comply with all firm policies and practices.
  • Engage in physical and sedentary activities, including working at a computer for extended periods, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings as needed.
  • Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • J.D. Degree
  • 3 years of franchise litigation experience in a law firm environment
  • State Bar admission in CA.
