Duties:

• Perform in-depth legal research to support case preparation and litigation strategy.
• Draft, review, and edit various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Represent clients in court, ensuring effective advocacy and negotiation.
• Manage a caseload, ensuring all deadlines are met with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters and contribute to case strategy.
• Maintain detailed and organized case records, including client communications.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in laws and regulations relevant to the firm’s areas of practice.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Texas State Bar is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Texas civil litigation.
• Prior experience in a law office setting or handling litigation cases is preferred.
• Knowledge of Real Estate or Homeowners Association Law is a plus.
• Strong skills in legal drafting, negotiation, and research are crucial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
