Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple cases, overseeing all aspects of litigation from start to finish.
• Draft and file a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to coordinate case developments.
• Represent clients in depositions, court hearings, and trials, advocating on their behalf in various legal proceedings.
• Collaborate effectively with other attorneys and staff in a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all case management tasks.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote setting, ensuring deadlines and case milestones are consistently met.

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 3 to 5 years of prior litigation experience, with a demonstrated ability to handle a variety of cases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise legal documents.
• Proven experience in drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery requests, as well as appearing in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced work environment while maintaining excellent time management skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
