Duties

• Represent emerging growth companies and institutional investors in venture capital financings
• Advise clients on day-to-day corporate matters
• Collaborate with clients to address various legal and business needs
• Prepare, review, and finalize legal documents related to venture capital and corporate transactions
• Provide strategic guidance on corporate governance and transactional issues

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Emerging Growth/Venture Capital law
• Previous experience in an AmLaw 100 firm preferred
• Strong business judgment and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas
