  • Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, leases, and financing agreements.
  • Advise clients on real estate transactions and legal strategies.
  • Work closely with senior attorneys to assist in complex real estate deals.
  • Conduct legal research and provide analysis on real estate issues.
  • Assist in managing client relationships and ensure high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with other practice groups within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions.

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in real estate law.
  • Experience in acquisition, disposition, financing, and commercial office leasing is required.
  • Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the practice of law in Ohio.

  • Expertise in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, financing, and leasing.
