A law firm in Boston is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong transactional experience, including private company M&A and venture stage financing. Duties:

  • Handle corporate transactions, including private company mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
  • Participate in venture stage financing deals
  • Draft and review transactional documents, such as purchase agreements, contracts, and financing documents
  • Conduct due diligence reviews
  • Advise clients on corporate governance matters
  • Assist with entity formation and structuring
  • Provide legal support on various corporate matters

 

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate law
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar (active and in good standing)
  • Strong transactional experience, particularly in private company M&A and venture stage financing
  • Outstanding academic credentials
