AmLaw 100 experience is highly preferable, and the ideal candidate will have a JD from a Top 25 ABA-accredited law school. Successful candidates are good strategists, capable of handling all aspects of cases independently, and have excellent writing, analytical, research, and communication skills.  Extroverts and attorneys with an aggressive approach to litigation seem to be a good fit.  The candidate should preferably have CA Bar admission.
