Duties:

• Conduct in-depth legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Assist in trial preparation and provide support during depositions and hearings
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to devise and execute case strategies
• Maintain and organize case files for ongoing and upcoming legal matters
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Represent clients in court hearings and trials, advocating their interests
• Negotiate settlements and other legal agreements on behalf of clients
• Stay up to date with legal developments, including changes in laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the State Bar of Georgia
• Prior experience in litigation or a related field is preferred
• Strong research and analytical abilities
• Experience in legal drafting and document preparation
• Ability to effectively represent clients in court
• Knowledge of legal administrative processes
• Superior written and verbal communication skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution
