Duties:

  • Manage and lead corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, and joint ventures.
  • Draft and negotiate key transaction agreements, ensuring high-quality legal representation.
  • Supervise junior associates, providing guidance and oversight in corporate transactional matters.
  • Advise public and private companies on securities law matters, including capital-raising transactions and regulatory compliance (preferred but not required).
  • Collaborate closely with clients and senior partners to provide creative and strategic legal solutions.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience handling mergers, acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, and joint venture transactions.
  • Proven ability to take on a senior role in managing deals, drafting agreements, and leading negotiations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced legal environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills:

  • Expertise in corporate law, including mergers, acquisitions, venture capital, and private equity.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, particularly in supervising junior associates.
