A law firm seeks a skilled Attorney specializing in Labor Law and Construction Accident cases to join its Manhattan-based personal injury team in New York, NY. Duties:

  • Represent clients in Labor Law and construction accident cases, providing expert legal advice and advocacy.
  • Prepare and litigate cases, including drafting motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
  • Collaborate with legal team members to strategize and execute case management plans.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to support case development and argumentation.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring they are informed about case progress and legal strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience handling construction accident cases.
  • Familiarity with Smart Advocate or similar legal case management software is a plus.
  • Strong research, analytical, and writing skills, with the ability to draft persuasive legal documents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Capacity to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the New York State Bar (Required).

  • Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines effectively.
