This full-time position involves managing real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Duties

  • Oversee and manage real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to real estate investments.
  • Conduct research to support investment fund operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-quality work within established deadlines.
  • Foster positive work relationships within the team and with clients.
  • Participate in virtual meetings and other necessary tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as required to fulfill the role’s objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, focused on acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
  • Familiarity with securities offerings is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build professional relationships.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
