Duties

• Represent clients in family law matters, including strategy development and litigation

• Prepare legal documents such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence

• Oversee and collaborate with paralegals, clerks, and administrative staff

• Manage billing, client records, and scheduling meetings with clients

• Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure clarity and trust throughout legal processes

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience representing clients in a legal capacity (preferred)

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills

• Ability to manage a diverse caseload with minimal supervision

• Familiarity with legal billing practices and client management

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active and in good standing with the Georgia State Bar

Skills

• Strong legal research and writing skills
