Duties:

• Handle complex first-party property defense matters for insurance carriers.
• Provide legal advice and develop defense strategies for clients.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal teams to manage cases effectively.
• Maintain high levels of client communication and satisfaction.
• Oversee case management from intake through resolution.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in litigation, specifically in insurance defense and first-party property matters.
• Proven experience in managing complex litigation cases.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage caseloads and work independently.
• Florida Bar license is required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Florida State Bar.
