  • Manage internal investigations and advise clients on litigation strategies.
  • Draft and review legal documents with a focus on federal and state court procedures.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of accuracy.
  • Manage multiple files and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with management, staff, and clients on case matters.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in complex litigation, specifically in Qui Tam/False Claims Act, White Collar Litigation, and investigations.
  • Strong knowledge of the Federal False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Act, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
  • Experience with depositions, oral arguments, and courtroom appearances.
