Job Title: Real Estate Attorney - Investment Funds Group

Job Overview: A prestigious law firm is seeking a talented Real Estate Attorney with expertise in investment funds to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing, and ideally some exposure to securities offerings. This role offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time options available and provides the opportunity to work collaboratively within a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Duties:

• Manage real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing
• Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and business professionals to achieve favorable outcomes in real estate deals
• Provide high-quality legal advice and support throughout all phases of real estate investments
• Conduct thorough research and offer innovative solutions to complex legal issues
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts
• Maintain attention to detail while meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in real estate transactions
• Foster positive working relationships with both clients and team members
• Participate in meetings and discussions, offering valuable insights on real estate and investment fund matters

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in real estate law
• Strong understanding of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing
• Familiarity with securities offerings is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and analytical skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in FL.
