A law firm in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Business Litigation Associate Attorney with 20 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate should be academically distinguished and possess excellent writing and analytical skills. This role involves taking on responsibilities in an active and diverse federal and state court litigation practice. Candidates must be members of the MA Bar.

Duties:
• Represent clients in business litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
