Duties:

  • Defend employers in litigation involving employment-related claims and discrimination charges
  • Advise and counsel employers on employment and labor law matters
  • Represent clients in court, administrative hearings, arbitration, and mediation
  • Handle class and collective actions, as well as claims related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and employment contracts
  • Provide training to employers on compliance and legal risks

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in employment or commercial litigation
  • Background in employment law is preferred
  • Active Florida Bar admission in good standing
  • Strong understanding of state and federal agency procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Dedication to professionalism and collaboration within a team setting

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
