Duties:

• Manage commercial litigation cases in state and federal courts
• Represent clients in government investigations and internal compliance matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memorandums
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel to clients
• Communicate directly with clients, providing legal guidance and support
• Attend hearings, trials, and depositions
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex litigation matters

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation
• Strong legal advocacy, communication, and writing skills
• Experience in federal court (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and handle client interactions with professionalism
• Strong analytical skills with a strategic approach to legal issues
• Licensed to practice law in New York State (required)

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active New York State Bar membership (required)
