  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local workplace and employment law; familiarity with California law is a plus.
  • Understanding current agency (state and federal) enforcement techniques is advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Preferred experience in conducting training sessions or workplace investigations.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar and active status.
