• Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
• Manage and resolve cases, from initial consultation through trial and resolution.
• Advocate on behalf of clients in depositions, court hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members on case strategy and development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in case handling.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation, with a proven track record of success.
• Active license to practice law in Georgia.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle a high caseload and manage multiple priorities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree from an accredited law school.
