Duties:

  • Draft various legal documents, including estate planning documents, irrevocable trusts, prenuptial agreements, corporate formation documents, and buy-sell agreements
  • Manage estate and trust administration tasks
  • Conduct legal research on estate, gift, and income tax matters
  • Provide clients with legal advice on tax and business planning issues
  • Collaborate with clients to create customized solutions for their estate and business planning needs
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal standards in all transactions and documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 to 6 years of experience in estate planning, tax law, and business planning
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Hard-working, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Outstanding academic credentials

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active member of the Michigan Bar

Skills:

  • Proficiency in managing complex estate and tax planning matters
