  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish, providing regular updates and guidance.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff to strategize and execute case plans.
  • Meet monthly performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the firm.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all client interactions and case handling.

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience practicing law, with a strong interest in personal injury and litigation.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills (writing samples will be requested).
  • Bilingual (fluent in both Spanish and English) with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-focused, and able to work independently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.

Skills:

  • Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.
