A law firm in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team.

Job Overview:

The Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling day-to-day litigation tasks in high-exposure, complex lawsuits. This role requires a dynamic and skilled attorney with a strong background in litigation to effectively manage and resolve legal disputes.

Duties:

• Handle day-to-day litigation tasks in high-exposure, complex lawsuits.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, pleadings, and discovery materials.
• Represent clients in court, including hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies.
• Manage case files from inception to resolution.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience, with a preference for complex litigation.
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and legal principles.
• Ability to handle high-exposure cases effectively.
• Proven track record of managing cases from inception through trial and resolution.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admitted to practice law in the state of Nevada.
