Location:

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of workers' compensation and personal injury cases from start to finish.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including client consultations, legal research, document drafting, and court appearances.
• Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on workers' compensation claims and personal injury matters, including motor vehicle and premises liability cases.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation and personal injury law.
• Strong knowledge of New Jersey workers' compensation laws; knowledge of New York laws is a plus.
• Experience handling motor vehicle accidents and premises liability cases.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey (NY bar admission is a plus).
