The successful candidate will manage a caseload of personal injury claims, overseeing the process from intake to settlement negotiation. Duties:

• Manage pre-litigation process from case intake through demand, negotiation, and settlement
• Review and analyze case files to identify legal issues, assess case strengths and weaknesses, and develop case strategies
• Ensure compliance with established protocols and procedures throughout the pre-litigation phase
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case updates, settlement offers, and other relevant matters
• Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law
• Guide the pre-litigation team on legal issues and case strategies
• Review legal documents (e.g., demand letters, settlement agreements) for accuracy and compliance
• Implement quality assurance measures to enhance the pre-litigation process
• Supervise, guide, and mentor legal staff involved in pre-litigation matters
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment focused on growth and professional development
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing
• Prior experience in Personal Injury law, preferably Plaintiff's side experience
• Proven track record of negotiating settlements and achieving favorable outcomes
• Strong communication skills for engaging with clients, opposing parties, witnesses, medical professionals, and colleagues
• Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy, integrity, and professionalism
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating within a team environment
• Strong research, communication, and negotiation skills
