• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies and solutions.
• Maintain and build client relationships through effective communication and high-quality service.
• Stay updated on legal developments and changes in financial regulations that impact clients.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in commercial lending and financial services law.
• Strong working knowledge of syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the North Carolina State Bar preferred.
