Duties:

• Represent clients in civil litigation cases, focusing on construction defects, insurance defense, and first-party property litigation.
• Manage cases through all stages of litigation, including motion practice, hearings, and depositions.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide expert legal analysis.
• Participate in trial preparation and assist with trial proceedings.
• Maintain communication with clients, providing updates and strategic advice throughout case development.
• Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and staff to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on construction defect, insurance defense, or related areas.
• Strong legal research and writing skills, with the ability to analyze complex legal issues.
• Experience handling motion practice, depositions, and hearings.
• Trial experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active and valid Bar license to practice law in the state of Florida.
