Job Overview:
A prestigious law firm located in Worcester, MA, is seeking a skilled Family Law Associate Attorney to join its legal team. This full-time position will focus primarily on family law cases while assisting senior attorneys in various legal matters. The attorney will independently manage a caseload and contribute to the litigation process through court appearances, document preparation, and client interaction.

Duties:

• Represent clients at court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Prepare legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and other court filings.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure updates and progress on cases.
• Conduct legal research and gather necessary evidence and discovery.
• Assist senior attorneys with various assignments related to ongoing cases.
• Travel as required for court appearances or client meetings.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in family law or related legal fields.
• Strong commitment to pursuing a career in family law.
• Proven ability to independently manage a caseload.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.
• Knowledge of Spanish or other languages is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.
