A growing personal injury law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have plaintiff personal injury experience and a passion for helping others while working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Location

  • Yuma, AZ

Duties

  • Represent injured clients with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency
  • Evaluate and assess potential new client cases
  • Ensure clients' cases comply with legal procedures while undergoing medical treatment
  • Negotiate personal injury settlements, including overseeing the finalization of settlement disbursements
  • Perform management and leadership functions as needed within the team
  • Communicate with clients, medical professionals, and insurance companies to ensure timely resolution of cases
  • Provide excellent customer service while building strong client relationships

Requirements

  • Must be a member of the Arizona State Bar or awaiting Character & Fitness approval
  • Previous plaintiff personal injury experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume work environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • High level of professionalism and sound business judgment

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active membership in the Arizona State Bar or awaiting Character & Fitness approval
