Duties:

• Represent clients in Social Security Disability hearings before an Administrative Law Judge.

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents related to disability claims.

• Communicate with clients to gather case details and provide updates on their claims.

• Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all required documentation is current.

• Participate in client meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings.

• Collaborate with the legal team while independently managing assigned caseloads.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Social Security Disability law is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage caseloads effectively and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with Social Security Disability regulations and administrative procedures.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of Michigan.
