Job Details:

  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare pleadings, briefs, and motions.
  • Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions on behalf of clients.
  • Represent clients in administrative proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex legal matters and cases.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience practicing traditional labor and employment law in California.
  • Prior experience with arbitrations and unfair labor practice charges.
  • Familiarity with employment litigation and agency proceedings preferred.
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the California State Bar.
