Duties:

  • Prepare legal documents such as complaints, motions, and other filings related to civil litigation matters.
  • Represent clients in court during trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
  • Conduct depositions and witness examinations.
  • Provide strategic legal counsel to clients, ensuring timely and effective case progression.
  • Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies and resolve complex legal matters.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
