Legal Placement Associate

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Legal Placement Associate to assist our team with various recruiting-related tasks.

You will be responsible for interfacing with our clients in two capacities:

1) Candidate Facing: Conduct phone interviews with attorney candidates, provide clear notes on intake, research job openings for them, use our CRM to match candidates to existing positions, review attorney resumes, assist throughout the recruiting process, and keep all information updated in the database. You should be outgoing and understand legal practice areas, terminology, law firm structures, and law schools.

2) Law Firm Facing: interfacing with law firms, point of contact for any inquiries, scheduling interviews for our attorney candidates, following up with firms and candidates post-interview, facilitating conversation between candidates and law firms, and forming solid relationships with law firms. Business development experience is a plus.

Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills, enjoy talking to people on the phone, be able to multitask while handling a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent efficiency and work ethic.
