A law firm seeks an entry-level Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its team in Los Angeles, CA. Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in workers' compensation cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research and develop strategic approaches to meet client needs.
• Represent clients in hearings, negotiating settlements, and advocating for favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other legal staff to prepare cases and gather evidence.
• Maintain and organize case files, ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
• Build strong relationships with clients by providing clear explanations of their rights and options.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in workers' compensation law or related practice area.
• Active membership with the California State Bar in good standing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing high-quality client service.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
