Duties:

• Prepare and draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.
• Maintain and organize case files with attention to detail.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all casework.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation, focusing on criminal and/or civil law.
