This role involves providing specialized legal counsel in estate planning, trust and estate administration, and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and families. Duties

  • Assist clients with estate planning, including wills, trusts, and other wealth transfer strategies.
  • Provide legal advice on trust and estate administration.
  • Counsel clients on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.
  • Conduct thorough research and prepare written documents for client consultations and transactions.
  • Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to deliver integrated income and transfer tax advice.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration, and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • Strong research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous law firm experience preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred.
  • Admission to practice law in the state of Florida.
