Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on energy mineral title matters.
  • Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including title opinions and related agreements.
  • Provide counsel on property and mineral title issues within the energy sector.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and legal teams to develop strategic solutions.
  • Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiations when required.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations affecting the energy industry.

Requirements:

  • 0-5 years of experience in energy law, mineral title, or general property law.
  • Strong academic record.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with legal teams and clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction and teamwork.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
