Key Responsibilities:

• Research and prepare comprehensive legal documentation and reports.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings as needed.

• Stay updated with relevant legal developments, particularly in public sector and education law.

Requirements:

• Admitted to the California State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of legal experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in public sector or education law.
• Strong research, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle complex legal matters with professionalism and care.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Title IX experience is highly desirable.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
