Duties

• Draft and argue motions in court.
• Conduct discovery and manage the discovery process.
• Collaborate with partners in developing and implementing litigation strategies.
• Perform extensive legal research and writing on complex matters.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Assist in managing cases from inception through resolution.
• Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on litigation matters.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of business, commercial, and/or financial services litigation experience.
• Excellent academic and professional credentials.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex legal matters independently and collaboratively.
• In good standing with the California Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California Bar.
