Duties

  • Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters from inception through resolution.

  • Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, providing updates and legal advice as needed.
  • Participate in mediation, negotiation, and settlement discussions to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Kentucky.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of litigation experience.
  • Excellent legal writing and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel 10-25% for court appearances and client meetings.

Education
